Rather than include a "blog" on this website - which would only primarily be available to members of CYD - it has been decided to participate as a Group on the Downtheallotment website, which allows for a much wider audience.

However, in order to avail yourself of the benefits offered by the Downtheallotment site you must first register with them. Registration is free and, although it takes a few moments to complete, you only have to do it once.

To Register and Join the CYD Group, simply follow the steps below.

Visit http://www.downtheallotment.co.uk/user/register and click on "Create New Account"

Enter a Username of your choice

Enter a valid e-mail address

Create your own Password

Under "Allotment Details" enter

      Name  -  Cymdeithas Y Dalar

      Postcode  -  SA19 6RT

      Area  -  Llandeilo

Under "Personal Information" select

     Member Type  -  Allotmenteer

     Years Gardening  -  as appropriate

Newsletter - clear the tick if you do NOT wish to receive newsletters by e-mail

Enter the Word Verification and click "Create New Account"

On the Home page, click the Groups tab

Scroll down to Cymdeithas Y Dalar Allotment Group and click Join on the right hand side

You will receive e-mails confirming your Registration and Group Membership.

Note:  You may join as many Groups as you wish.

To Blog

After you have received the confirmation e-mails go to http://www.downtheallotment.co.uk and log in (at the bottom left) using the Username and Password that you selected during registration.

Once logged in, click "Create Content" (at the bottom left under your Username) and select Forum Topic or Group Post, as required.

Don't forget to click the "Cymdeithas Y Dalar Group" box before saving your message.
