Contact Information The Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of each month, with the occasional extra meeting being called should any very urgent business occur. Members wishing to raise anything concerned with the organisation of CYD or an issue connected with the allotment site should contact the Committee Secretary, who will, if necessary, either put it on the agenda for the next Committee Meeting or arrange for an extra meeting to be called. Non-members wishing to obtain more information about any aspect of CYD should contact a Committee Member. Any comments or queries concerning the
